Terms & Conditions

The Marie France Bodyline "What's the Loss" Contest ("Contest") is open to Malaysia citizens or residents only.

The Contest shall run from 16th March 2009 to 26th April 2009 ("Contest Period").

Participants should only submit their entries using the online contest form available at www.malaysiandreamgirl.tv. Participants should enter their personal particulars, guess the weight loss of the model featured in the photo and answer the question "Why do you want to visit Marie France Bodyline" in not more than 20 words.

Participants may submit as many entries as desired. However the same entry or answers should not be submitted more than once. Duplicate entries or answers will be liable for disqualification.

Prizes shall be awarded to participants with the correct and best answer.

Three (3) prize winners will be selected at the end of the Contest Period.

Prize winners will each receive RM500 of Marie France Bodyline treatment vouchers.

Prize winners will be contacted by phone or email and will also be announced at www.malaysiandreamgirl.tv. The eligibility of prize winners is subject to them being contactable within seven (7) days of the date of their selection.

Prize winners must produce their original new IC as proof of identity. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items and not transferable to other individuals.

Prize winners must claim their prizes at the office of Capxion Media Sdn. Bhd. within one (1) month of being notified. Any cost incurred in collecting the prizes shall be borne by the prize winners.

Capxion Media Sdn. Bhd. reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of a similar value at any time without prior notice.

All decisions by Capxion Media Sdn. Bhd. are final and indisputable. No correspondence or any form of enquiry or complaint will be entertained after the Contest ends.
