The Malaysian Dreamgirl "My Dreamgirl" Contest ("Contest") is open to Malaysia citizens or residents only.

The Contest shall run from 10th March 2009 to 27th April 2009 ("Contest Period").

A Contest Week is defined as the seven (7) day period from 12.00am every Tuesday to 11.59pm the next Monday during the Contest Period. The Contest Weeks are:
- Week 1: 10th March 2009 - 16th March 2009
- Week 2: 17th March 2009 - 23rd March 2009
- Week 3: 24th March 2009 - 30th March 2009
- Week 4: 31st March 2009 - 6th April 2009
- Week 5: 7th April 2009 - 13th April 2009
- Week 6: 14th April 2009 - 20th April 2009
- Week 7: 21st April 2009 - 27th April 2009
The Contest is based on SMS votes received for Malaysian Dreamgirl finalists which were sent using mobile phones via the designated shortcode 33001 ("SMS Votes").

Each SMS vote shall be considered as one (1) entry.

Prizes shall be awarded each Contest Week to three (3) SMS voters which are selected at random from the SMS Votes received in the same Contest Week.

Weekly prize winners will each receive products and vouchers worth RM500 comprising:
1. Beautilcious cosmetics;
2. Escada fragrances;
3. Marie France Bodyline vouchers;
4. Bella Skin Care vouchers;
5. Svenson Hair Care vouchers.

Weekly prize winners are only entitled to one (1) prize for each Contest Week.

A Grand Prize shall be awarded at the end of the Contest Period to one (1) SMS voter which is selected at random from the SMS Votes received during the entire Contest Period.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a HP Pavilion notebook.

Proof of SMS sent is not proof of SMS receipt. Only SMS Votes that are acknowledged received with a confirmation SMS are valid. Capxion Media Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible or liable if any SMS cannot be delivered due to connection issues arising from out of coverage areas, traffic congestion etc.

Prize winners will be contacted by phone or email and will also be announced at www.malaysiandreamgirl.tv. The eligibility of prize winners is subject to them being contactable within seven (7) days of the date of their selection.

Prize winners must produce their original new IC as proof of identity. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items and not transferable to other individuals.

Prize winners must claim their prizes at the office of Capxion Media Sdn. Bhd. within one (1) month of being notified. Any cost incurred in collecting the prizes shall be borne by the prize winners.

Capxion Media Sdn. Bhd. reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of a similar value at any time without prior notice.

All decisions by Capxion Media Sdn. Bhd. are final and indisputable. No correspondence or any form of enquiry or complaint will be entertained after the Contest ends.
